The ideal candidate is capable of executing full-scale campaigns that attract Financial Advisors to join our firm. Have the ability to determine a candidate's potential. Excellent organizational skills and a commitment to both meeting and exceeding assigned quotas.
Responsibilities (in part)
- Ad Placement
- Manage 3rd Party Recruiting Firms
- Manage and Execute Drip Campaigns
- Manage and Execute Interview Process and Conduct Follow-Up with Hiring Managers
- Recruiting Events as Needed
Qualifications
- 4 years Financial Industry experience preferred
- FINRA Series 7 licence
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Advanced technical skills
